Pharmacogenetics Analysis with Pgxtools
The Pgxtools is a Bioinformatics pipeline for Pharmacogenetics data analysis with cloud-native technologies. The pipeline applies a predefined set of genetic variants with clinical significance in pharmacogenetics. A report is generated to predict drug response and to provid advice on patient’s personalized drug treatment plan. The current versioin of the pipeline is designed for research use only.
